Cancellation Refunds

Cancelation time 1-2.

Refunds for cancellations are allowed under extenuating circumstances and are subject to approval by The Fit Sapiens management.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days.

A cancellation fee of ₹2,000 or 20% of the remaining balance, whichever is higher, will be deducted from the refund amount.

We encourage our clients to fully commit to their fitness journey, including meals and plans ordered, for optimal results. Your satisfaction is our priority. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet:
  • Check your bank account again to ensure the amount hasn’t been credited.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  • Reach out to your bank, as there could be additional processing delays before the refund is posted.
